Hello Everyone I am back!!!!!! It has been quite some time since my last post on this blog. In that time I ran a marathon, a half marathon, a 5k and a 10k. But I will be completely honest since the marathon I have had somewhat of a “I can eat whatever I want I just ran a Marathon” attitude. So the number on the scale is looking a little less than pretty right now. I am starting to train for a triathlon next year which scares and excites me a ton. I am more than confident in my ability to run and my ability to bike but swimming, now that is a beast of another name. I’ve started small but I have worked my way up to swimming a number of laps.

I’ve missed a few episodes so I am going to give a quick summary of the ones I’ve missed.
The Way of the Warrior
This should be subtitled “ratings aren't that great lets bring someone everyone loves”. That is how Worf ended up on Deep Space Nine. Basically the Klingons start to cause a fuss over the dominion crisis so they plan to go to war which means that they get into a near battle with the Federation at DS9. A good episode but a very clear ratings ploy.
The Visitor
An accident happens and Sisko is lost and his son Jake goes a little crazy spending the rest of his life searching for his father. It turns out that Sisko got trapped in some parallel universe or something and in the end the all is returned. I literally hate this episode and think it is among the worst every produced in this series.
Hippocratic Oath
Bashir and O’Brien land on a planet and are captured by the Jem’Hadar. These Jem’Hadar are not part of the main army and it turns out they are trying to break the addiction cycle to the drug “white” that the Founders have engineered them for. In the end it can’t be done

Indiscretion
Kira is given information on a ship that was lost during the occupation. It was carrying a number of hostages to a prison colony. Dukat gets wind of this and wants to join in the search. As it turns out Dukat’s Bajoran mistress and daughter were on board the ship. He initially wants to kill her because she may interfere with his political aspirations but Kira convinces him otherwise. In the end the family is united and she returns to Cardassia with Dukat. Meanwhile Sisko’s romance with Cassidy is cooking right along, if he doesn’t fuck it up.
